About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this

role, you will combine your technical expertise with strong sales skills to provide advice and support

on a range of products and services. You will play a key role in the business development process,

helping customers understand how our solutions meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients, both virtually and in-person.
  • Prepare and follow up on technical proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including training, installations, and troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field).
  • Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) in technical sales or a similar client-facing engineering role.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex products or

systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [relevant industry: e.g., automation, manufacturing, software, electronics].
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of CAD tools, system integration, or programming is a plus.
