  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that effectively communicate the technical benefits of products to target markets.
  • Provide expert technical support during the sales process, addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that highlight product features, benefits, and ROI, tailored to the client's requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing product training and development to stay current with technology trends and evolving customer demands.
  • Perform market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitive landscape, enhancing strategic sales approaches.

  • Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and assist in product development and improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
