Job Description
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing how solutions meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that effectively communicate the technical benefits of products to target markets.
- Provide expert technical support during the sales process, addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that highlight product features, benefits, and ROI, tailored to the client's requirements.
- Engage in ongoing product training and development to stay current with technology trends and evolving customer demands.
- Perform market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitive landscape, enhancing strategic sales approaches.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products, network with potential clients, and gather market insights.
- Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and assist in product development and improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support, leading to repeat business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Instrumentation and Control) with a solid understanding of product functionality.
- 4-5 years of experience in technical sales or related roles, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex sales and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in understanding and articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions that drive sales success.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events, demonstrating commitment and engagement.
