Job summary

Core Metal LLC in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking an experienced Sales Coordination professional to support our technical sales team in steel tubes and structural products. The role focuses on precision, timely responses, and proactive coordination with customers and internal teams.

You will prepare cost estimates and proposals, coordinate orders and deliveries, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in structural or mechanical engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical sales coordination, estimation, or sales support.
• Knowledge of steel tubes, pipes, structural steel products, or related engineering products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and technical/commercial proposals.
• Provide day-to-day sales coordination and administrative support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and documentation.
