Job summary

Cars24 in the UAE is seeking a Yard Coordinator to support the Operations function. The role focuses on inspecting and evaluating used cars for purchase across retail, auction, or C2C channels, while ensuring SOP adherence and professional presentation.

The candidate will work across multiple locations, close deals on the spot or through follow-up, and maintain healthy margins with transparent stakeholder communication. Experience in automotive sales and a UAE driving license are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automotive sales, vehicle evaluation or car procurement experience.
• Strong understanding of used-car inspection and pricing.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

• Inspect and evaluate used cars for purchase, either for retail, auction, or C2C (consumer-to-consumer) transactions.
• Ensure thorough inspection of vehicles with zero errors, strictly adhering to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
• Be adaptable and flexible to work at various locations as required by the organization.
• Close cars that are being inspected on the spot or through efficient follow up,
• Maintain a healthy margin for all cars procured.
• Transparent communication with all stakeholders regarding all procured cars.

What’s Under the Hood?

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle evaluation, car procurement, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of used-car inspection, vehicle evaluation, and the pre-owned automotive market.
• Good knowledge of vehicle condition, specifications, pricing, and factors that impact resale value and margins.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to different locations and business requirements.
