Job Description

• Source and recruit candidates for technical roles within the Facilities Management industry.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals to identify and engage suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and shortlist qualified candidates based on job specifications.
• Coordinate interviews and selection process with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Liaise with GR team and onboarding teams for UAE visa processing and documentation.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, weekly hiring reports and talent pipeline trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in Facilities Management sectors.
• Proficient in spoken Hindi and English.
• Hands-on experience with UAE visa processing procedures and documentation requirements.
