Job description

Our client is a leading oil and gas organization who is now looking for a technical recruiter to join their team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. On a day to day basis you will be writing job briefs, working closely with line managers and department heads on workforce planning and search assignments. You will be managing the logistics of all interviews, including post interview, and feedback, as well as the negotiation and offer stage.

To be suitable in this role, you will have at least three years’ experience in a full lifecycle recruitment role in the oil and gas industry. You will possess a solid understanding of oil and gas, and have particular experience in petrochemical recruitment. You will have strong verbal and written English communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Arabic language skills would be advantageous, but are not essential.
