Technical Projects Manager at Abu Dhabi

Job Objectives:
Management of all projects and technical initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Business Center.

Job Role:

  1. Ensure all requirements are received and implemented as requested by the relevant department.
  2. Study all Abu Dhabi Business Center's technical initiatives and their impact on other projects, ensuring they can be applied.
  3. Manage the integrated change of the technical projects of the Center.
  4. Follow-up on all requirements of the commercial licensing system regarding networks, infrastructure, and information security.
  5. Manage electronic connectivity projects with external parties.
  6. Manage G2G linking projects with external entities.
  7. Implement the project governance framework.
  8. Provide reports for senior management.
  9. Manage schedules, scope, and quality of projects.
  10. Conduct project risk management.
  11. Upgrade the commercial licensing system.
  12. Transfer the commercial licensing system to the updated environment.
  13. Integrate industrial licenses.
  14. Apply the standard number linking government agencies.
  15. Ensure integration with government agencies.
  16. Launch electronic services.
  17. Launch the mobile application.
  18. Dial numbers with ID number.
  19. Update Excel reports.
  20. Implement rapid renewal processes.

Practical Experiences:

  1. At least 8 years of experience in a similar IT role within a government department.
  2. At least 5 years of experience with the Axela system.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  4. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
