Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Project Manager with proven experience in end-to-end project implementation, specifically in the Retail Assets & Liabilities domain within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be a Techno-Functional expert who can lead cross-functional teams, drive multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

-Lead various phases of project management including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closure, and Risk Management.
-Successfully manage and deliver a minimum of five end-to-end project implementations in the Retail Assets & Liabilities banking domain, including at least three with any UAE or any global large financial bank.
-Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies effectively to manage and deliver projects.
-Own and manage project Scope, Time, and Budget while ensuring quality and compliance to standards.
-Manage 3-4 projects concurrently, maintaining high efficiency and control.
-Utilize Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project (MPP), JIRA, Clarity for planning, tracking, and reporting.
-Prepare and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and documentation in compliance with internal audit and PMO standards.
-Conduct Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership.
-Act as a key liaison between technical, business, and external vendor teams.
-Resolve challenges and remove blockers to ensure project milestones are met.
-Monitor and review deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality.
-Communicate project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.
-Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Project Management with mandatory experience in the banking domain.
-Must have led at least five end-to-end project implementations within Retail Assets & Liabilities, including new product/feature launches.
-Strong Techno-Functional background with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
-Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, project lifecycle management, and stakeholder communication.
-Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Project (MPP), JIRA, and Clarity.
-Proven ability to lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders across various levels.
