We seek an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee development efforts, working closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO. The role requires hands-on involvement as needed, with a strong understanding of Node.js and successful product launches. Experience with the Holepunch peer-to-peer stack and modular development is preferred.

• Lead and plan daily development activities.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Resolve technical issues and guide the team.
• Improve processes and practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements :
