Responsibilities

We are seeking an Experienced Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience in projects such as Cognos Upgrade to IBM Analytics and Confluent Implementation.

1. Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage stakeholders across departments and business units. Establish effective communication channels, manage expectations, and foster collaboration throughout the project.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with developers, analysts, testers, and infrastructure specialists to ensure smooth execution. Promote a results-oriented, collaborative environment.
4. Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and control risks throughout the project to minimize impact on timelines, budget, and quality.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement QA processes to meet standards and requirements. Collaborate with QA teams for testing and validation.
6. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses and resources, and optimize allocation to meet project goals efficiently.
