2. Providing excellent customer service and navigating the complex needs of artists and their teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience during their engagements, tours, or performances.

You should have:

Qualifications:

• Trade degree or diploma in construction/events.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in the AV industry, with at least 2 years in project management.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
