Technical Program Manager - Cloud Platform Delivery (DC Experience Required)

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade cloud platforms across OSS/BSS, ITSM, and NOC domains.

You'll own complex programs that sit at the core of operational transformation - building and deploying modern cloud-native systems within high-availability data centre environments. If you've led cloud platform rollouts in a DC setting and know how to bring order to large-scale, high-stakes programs, we want to talk.

About the role:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of OSS/BSS, ITSM, and NOC platforms into cloud or hybrid environments
• Manage full program lifecycle - scope, design, execution, risk, and stakeholder engagement
• Align technical delivery with business outcomes across engineering, ops, and vendor teams
• Lead the integration of mission-critical platforms in production-grade DC environments
• Ensure performance, scalability, and operational readiness at every stage
