As a Technical Product Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis, you will support the delivery of technology products, ensuring all features align with the product's vision and roadmap. You will lead a team of Technical Product Owners (TPOs) to understand, assess, and decompose initiatives into technical features, focusing on MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

The ideal candidate should be a product expert with experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis domain and exposure to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems such as Anaplan, Board, Oracle Hyperion, or other industry solutions. Certifications or experience with industry-standard EPM products are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TPOs, vendors, and IT stakeholders to plan Program Increments, prioritize backlogs, and deliver business value.
• Lead and mentor TPOs to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions.
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to maintain scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing products, considering technical debt and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in sprint demos and PI workshops to demonstrate progress and drive adoption.
• Ensure data integrity in the Product Catalogue and analyze metrics to enhance product usage.
• Develop and mentor TPOs, fostering professional growth.
• Manage vendor partnerships to ensure timely upgrades and optimal product performance, minimizing customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain; SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM) certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience, with 3-5 years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Proficiency with tools supporting technical product delivery.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Technical or domain expertise in relevant areas.
