Technical Manager ROV Support

Technical Manager for ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) will support, lead and oversee the technical operations and support functions for our ROV fleet. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliable performance and maintenance of our ROV systems in diverse and challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for ROV support, including troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance.
2. Develop and implement technical procedures and standards to ensure optimal performance and safety of ROV operations.
3. Coordinate with project managers and field operators to address technical issues and provide on-site support when required.
4. Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, including manuals, maintenance logs, and operational reports.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to ROV operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing ROV operations or technical support roles.
