Job summary

SellAnyCar.com in Dubai is seeking a Technical Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team while staying deeply involved in the codebase. You will guide day-to-day technical execution and long-term architecture in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role requires 8+ years in software engineering with strong PHP expertise, MVC framework experience, and a focus on code quality, performance, and scalable systems. UAE tech exposure is a plus; full-time on-site work in Dubai.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in software engineering including technical leadership.
• Passion energy and hands-on technical excellence.
• Expert in PHP for large-scale applications.
• Strong experience with MVC frameworks (Laravel Symfony).
• Deep knowledge of Yii framework.
• Solid skills in CSS JavaScript jQuery AJAX.
• Experience with Git Agile development and JIRA.
• Basic understanding of Unix/Linux environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Familiarity with AngularJS.
• Experience with CRM/ERP software development.
• Proven work on SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities
