Job Title: Cash Management Systems – Technical Lead - Banking

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the implementation of a Virtual Account Management (VAM) system and other key Cash Management initiatives. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust and scalable solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, implementation, and deployment of the Virtual Account Management system.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements.
• Ensure integration of the VAM system with existing banking platforms, including core banking, payment hub, and reporting tools.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, and customization to meet business needs.
• Implement best practices for system security, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure quality delivery and quality of technical components.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the VAM system.
• Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes to ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in technical leadership roles within the banking industry.
• Proven experience with cash management systems and virtual account implementations.
• Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and API development.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements related to cash management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
