Job description

• Architect and implement agentic AI systems (multi-agent flows, LLM-driven workflows, RL-based optimizations).
• Design autonomous task flows for use cases like hypersegmentation, dynamic offer creation, predictive automation, Telecom Network maintenance, etc.
• Lead the development of custom or reusable agents that integrate with real-time systems.

Integration & Technical Strategy

• Assess client infrastructure and define integration strategies (APIs, middleware, data lakes, etc.) for AI agent deployment.
• Coordinate integration of AI agents with platforms like CRMs, ERPs, CDPs, NMS, RMS, marketing automation tools, etc.
• Ensure agent behavior is governed by enterprise guardrails (data privacy, budget limits, compliance, etc.).

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Translate complex AI capabilities into business language for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client-side IT, data science, and business teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Act as the technical point of contact in pre-sales, discovery, and delivery phases.

Technical Oversight & Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams (AI engineers, ML researchers, software developers, integration specialists).
• Define technical standards, code quality, CI / CD practices, and documentation processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing around agentic AI best practices.
