The ideal candidate combines aesthetic sensitivity with strong technical knowledge, ensuring that design intent is realized accurately and efficiently through all phases of the project.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, and acoustic consultants to integrate building systems
• Ensure all drawings and documentation align with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during both design and construction phases
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Support the preparation of tender packages, permit applications, and as-built documentation
• Communicate with contractors and suppliers to clarify specifications and resolve on-site challenges
• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and engineers within interdisciplinary teams
• Contribute to design reviews, client presentations, and internal coordination meetings
• Maintain consistent design quality and technical accuracy across projects

Project Execution

• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in interior architecture or technical design roles
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, or Lumion
• Solid knowledge of building regulations, fire safety codes, accessibility standards (ADA, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and technical creativity
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
