Exclusive Talent in Dubai is hiring a presentable and tech-savvy Technical Executive to support operational, administrative and business activities. The role is suitable for an engineering professional with strong communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and reports.

The selected candidate will coordinate with internal teams, provide technical support, and use digital tools to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Engineering background preferred, especially Chemical Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support daily technical and operational activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize reports, documents, and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business requirements.
• Use Microsoft Office and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist teams with administrative and technical coordination.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
