The Team

Join Genetec's Marketing Department and take center stage in showcasing theGenetec brandacross theEMEAregion, spanning15+countries. Reporting to the Europe Events Manager, andcollaboratingclosely with the Dubai and Montreal-based teams, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying ourmarket presenceand reinforcing our status as an industry leader.

What your role will look like:

Strategy and Innovation

1. Implement innovative and persuasive annual product demonstration strategies of Genetec products to optimize their promotion at various events (technical events, international trade shows).
2. Develop demonstration contexts, scenarios and videos that highlight the strengths and capabilities of Genetec products.
3. Work closely with the Product Marketing team during the technical evaluation of the competitors.

Support and training for end users, partners, employees

1. Work closely with the Product Marketing team to contribute to the communication to Genetec's end-users and resellers about products and materials.
2. Share practical information on how the product is used in production scenarios.
3. Provide trade show staff with training in the use of the demo environment.
4. Collaborate with the Technology Alliances team to solicit our partners to develop joint initiatives to showcase our technologies and solutions in parallel with their offerings.

Management of Genetec's technology platform and technical coordination of events

1. Organize and supervise the technical aspects of preparation for major events and in close collaboration with the technical experts of each product group, to ensure that Genetec's demonstrations are technically sound and representative of our latest innovations.
2. Ensure preparation, shipping and installation of demonstrations at events.
3. Coordinate the technical equipment required by Genetec's Marketing Department with the Company's calendar of events in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
4. Manage Genetec’s Experience Center Dubai (DBCX).

Technical Expertise

1. Technical (administration and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems, network principles and TCP/IP protocols, network equipment, network storage, server virtualization...).
2. Communication and writing, analytical elocution techniques.
3. Event management and organization techniques.
4. Genetec software and hardware.
5. Professional level English.
6. Office and communication tools.

1. Arabic language skills.
2. Additional European language skills.
