Qualifications

• UAE National (Family Book) required.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Commitment to complete the 24‑month Emirati Development Program.
• Willingness to rotate across departments, locations, workshops and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotational assignments across multiple technical and operational functions.
• Develop understanding of TechnipFMC products, services, technologies, and processes.
• Support equipment assembly, testing, inspection, maintenance, repair, and operational activities under supervision.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and applying engineering principles.
• Gain exposure to technical drawings, product specifications, manufacturing standards, and engineering documentation.
• Learn asset management and equipment lifecycle principles.
