Job summary

First Point Group is seeking a skilled IT Operations/Deployment professional in Abu Dhabi to lead POC implementations and end-to-end deployments for AI-powered observability solutions. • 3+ years of IT Operations / Technical Support / Deployment experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux Administration.
• Proficiency in Python or Shell/Bash scripting.
• Experience with at least 5 Operations / Observability Tools: Ansible, ELK Stack, Log Analysis Platforms, Monitoring & Observability Tools, Automation Platforms, IT Operations Management Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead POC implementation and delivery, including deployment, performance validation, training, change management, and incident management.
• Deliver end-to-end project implementation from requirements to deployment and configuration.
• Manage and coordinate standard product deployment projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business and technical requirements into deployment solutions.
• Design and document deployment architectures, implementation strategies, and technical delivery plans.
• Support major platform upgrades and complex technical implementations.
• Ensure customer success through proactive communication and post-deployment support.

Requirements
