The Technical Consultant is a critical role at Exclusive Networks, encompassing both Pre-Sales activities and Post-Sales implementation and Professional Services projects.
The Technical Consultant is responsible for identifying and matching Attivo and SentinelOne technology opportunities with customer business issues and objectives, completing technical installations, Professional Services projects, and channel partner training and enablement.
This high-impact, prominent role involves establishing Exclusive Networks’ Attivo and SentinelOne portfolio and driving business, partner, and customer success. The position will be primarily based in Dubai, UAE, with regional coverage across the Middle East, including virtual and in-person engagements as necessary.
As a Technical Consultant - Attivo and SentinelOne, your responsibilities include:
- Supporting EXN and Partner sales activities to exceed revenue targets.
- Contributing to the sales process through needs analysis, solution design, demos, Proof of Concept projects, and product validation.
- Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Presenting Attivo and SentinelOne solutions to customers and partners.
- Developing long-term business relationships and acting as a trusted advisor for upselling and expanding the portfolio.
- Maintaining advanced technical knowledge and acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Leveraging relationships to increase sales performance.
- Delivering technical presentations and training sessions remotely or onsite.
- Keeping accurate records of activities, projects, and opportunities.
- Supporting regional colleagues with knowledge transfer and project assistance.
- Providing timely and comprehensive reports.
- Completing technical designs and related documentation accurately.
The requirements for this role include:
- Thorough understanding of areas such as Cyber Security, Networking, Endpoint Security, EDR, Threat Detection and Hunting, ITDR, and cyber deception solutions.
- Knowledge of malware, ransomware, and APTs.
- Ability to maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
- Understanding of technical sales techniques, needs analysis, objection handling, business case development, and technical sale elements.
- Engaging and confident presentation skills.
- Dependability, flexibility, self-motivation, and quick learning ability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Middle East region.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
Qualifications and experience include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of reseller or distribution experience in a high-tech sales environment, with a successful track record in technology adoption.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security trends, issues, markets, vendors, and how Attivo and SentinelOne solutions fit within this landscape.
- Mandatory Attivo certifications, with SentinelOne certifications as a secondary requirement.
