Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, data models, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, redundancies, or opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Support the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions including APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, or internal tools.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), define test criteria, and support defect tracking/resolution.
• Ensure that solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and data governance requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation, such as BRDs, PRDs, flow diagrams, and data mappings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases (SQL), data structures, or system integrations.
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft) or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) and information security practices.
• Working knowledge of scripting or query languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
