Technical Assistant

Event Support: Accompany the robot when being rented out during events, monitoring performance and safeguarding it.

Maintenance: Maintain and manage robots in good condition. Clean premises and offer refreshments to the clients. Support logistics and delivery of robots.

Test Performance: Record test procedures and results. Install, program, and repair controllers, tools, and conveyors. Inspect installation sites and train operators on robotics usage.

Respond to Customer Questions: On call, chat, email, and walk-in, in a timely and accurate way, by either answering the questions or passing them to the appropriate support staff to ensure customer support. Manage the customer's technical requests by either resolving them onsite or asking the right team member how to resolve the request.

Participate and Take an Active Role in Events: By the company like Robo CAMP, Robotics Championships, Robotic Internships, Events, Exhibitions, and Expo.

Requirements

Degree in Technology field.

Exceptional computer skills in IT Hardware, including Microsoft Office, Zoho Finance, and Zoho CRM Plus.

Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with good phone and email etiquette.

Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, providing timely reports and feedback.

The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
