The Role

As a trusted advisor, you'll have a direct impact in helping our Partners gain the most value from cloud technology. You will craft and execute strategies to drive Partner adoption and use of AWS services, including products like EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and more.

Our Technical Account Managers partner with some of the most iconic businesses, ranging from startups building from scratch to large enterprises undergoing significant transformation. You will provide advice on architecture, support strategy, project and launch planning, as well as ongoing operational issues.

As we expand in EMEA, you'll have opportunities to develop your technical consulting and leadership skills, work with talented cloud technologists, expand your knowledge of AWS products, and receive mentorship and AWS certifications.

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, analytics, security, or applications development in distributed systems
  • Experience in technical engineering
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual Russian/German
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
  • Experience as a technical lead in enterprise or customer-facing environments
