A leading proptech company in Dubai is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire hiring process for tech roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You will have a strong background in tech recruitment within a startup environment and be skilled in sourcing top-tier talent. Relocation assistance is provided to successful applicants.

As part of the Tech Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in building high-performing engineering, product, and data teams that power Huspy’s next stage of growth.
Your responsibilities:
Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles — from sourcing to offer — with speed, quality, and a great candidate experience at heart
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, build hiring plans, and execute them with discipline
Source and engage top-tier talent using a variety of channels, ensuring a strong pipeline for current and future needs
Provide a top-notch candidate experience, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey
Manage data & processes in the ATS (we use Greenhouse), ensuring clean pipelines and reporting that enables data-driven hiring decisions
Continuously analyze recruitment metrics to spot opportunities, improve processes, and raise the bar on hiring excellence
3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, in a fast-scaling startup environment
Proven track record of hiring engineers, product managers, and/or data professionals at pace
Strong sourcing expertise — creative, persistent, and always building pipelines
Clear, confident communication skills and experience managing stakeholders with speed and clarity
Highly organized and process-oriented, with a deep understanding of ATS workflows and the importance of operational hygiene
Data-driven approach to problem solving, using insights to influence and improve hiring outcomes
