Accenture Middle East is seeking a Technology Strategy Senior Manager to lead high-impact engagements in the UAE. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams to design enterprise roadmaps, transform technology functions, and align IT initiatives with business strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technology strategy expertise, and fluency in Arabic and English. Dubai/Abu Dhabi-based with opportunities for advancement and exposure to global clients.

Qualifications

15+ years of work experience in IT/Digital technology strategy.
Proven consulting experience or strong in-house IT & Digital strategy/enterprise architecture with exceptional skills.
Arabic speaker and fluent English.

Responsibilities

Apply deep technology strategy development to influence C-level agenda.
Interact with senior management at client and Accenture.
Lead complex end-to-end engagements across delivery components.
Originates business opportunities and leads the sales cycle to closure.
Drive technology function transformation to align with business strategy.
Collaborate across business, technology and cross-functions to maximize value.
Develop thought leadership assets with actionable insights.
Foster collaboration across Accenture and ecosystem partners.
