Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Technology Finance, IT Commercial Management, Vendor Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing large technology spend portfolios and driving cost optimization.
• Experience with large enterprises, software licensing, cloud cost management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end governance of technology expenditure across software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, managed services, and professional services.
• Develop and maintain technology spend forecasts, financial models, dashboards, and executive reporting to support decision-making.
• Partner with Technology and Finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and financial planning.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and supplier management activities to optimize value and service performance.
• Establish supplier governance frameworks and conduct regular performance reviews covering service delivery, risk management, and cost optimization.
