You will play a critical role in the initial stages of the recruitment process. Your main responsibility will be to identify and engage passive technical candidates through creative sourcing strategies, ensuring we maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline. You ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs for technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals.
