TAT IT Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Manager - Technology Lifecycle and Resilience to lead lifecycle governance and resilience programs for banking clients. The role demands collaboration with enterprise architecture, IT GRC, cyber security, and operations to drive consistent risk management and upgrade planning.

Competenze

• Experience in enterprise architecture and lifecycle governance within a regulated sector.
• Strong ability to define governance models, RACI and control points.
• Proven track record in shaping resilience strategies and target-state architectures across apps, infra, data and cloud.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Banking or financial services background is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead the definition of a Technology/Application Lifecycle Management framework across lifecycle stages and end-of-life risk governance.
• Define lifecycle states, governance accountability and upgrade planning for vendor end-of-life.
• Lead EA contribution to enterprise resilience strategy and target-state architecture including recoverability patterns.
• Align lifecycle governance and resilience architecture to ensure consistent risk considerations across workstreams.
• Coordinate inputs from Technology Platforms, IT GRC, DR/Operations, Cyber Security, Procurement and Application Owners.
• Establish governance, traceability and decision records aligned to EA standards and roadmaps.
• Guide the Resilience Architect / Technical Architect and consolidate outputs into executive strategy and roadmap.
• Maintain EA boundary while delivery teams handle implementation, testing and evidence production.
