Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai, UAE seeks a Manager – Technology Lifecycle and Resilience with 12+ years of architecture leadership. You will shape technology strategies, govern portfolios, and drive lifecycle governance across complex, regulated environments.

The role requires strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and expertise in risk management, disaster recovery, and enterprise resilience. Immediate to 30 days notice preferred, salary and terms to be discussed with recruiters.

Qualifications

12+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
Experience in regulated environments.
Strong governance and portfolio management knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead technology lifecycle and application portfolio management initiatives.
Develop and maintain technology strategies, roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
Govern application lifecycles and address technology obsolescence and end-of-support risks.
Support enterprise resilience strategies across applications, infrastructure, data, integration, and cloud.
Establish governance frameworks, RACI models, control points, and measurable outcomes.
Contribute to investment planning and technology risk management.
Coordinate stakeholders and lead cross-functional technology initiatives.
Support architecture governance using relevant frameworks and enterprise tools.
