Bayt.com is seeking a highly motivated Tech Licensing Specialist with excellent negotiation and listening skills to join our Sales Team. Your primary responsibility will be to guide qualified leads from the business development team through the sales process, from conducting demos to closing deals.

Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  2. Communicate fluently in Arabic to engage effectively with clients.
  3. Drive growth in the Tech Licensing product portfolio by assessing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client engagement to training and post-sale support.
  5. Deliver services aligned with Talentera's core values and customer promise.
  6. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling by fostering long-term client relationships and providing exceptional service.
  7. Manage a portfolio of 100–120 clients using transactional and consultative selling strategies.
  8. Achieve at least 95% client coverage through regular meetings.
  9. Conduct online product demonstrations to potential clients.
  10. Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to focus on retention.
  12. Address and resolve client complaints promptly.
  13. Increase transaction volumes and revenue from your assigned clients.
