Job summary

CICO IT Solution is seeking a Team Lead/Tech Lead for UAE projects with strong Java development background. The role blends onsite and remote work, and candidates from UAE or India are preferred.

You will guide teams, ensure robust architectures and code quality, and collaborate with IT Operations to align with policies and timelines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software development and broad experience across Java EE, Spring, NoSQL, and microservices, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Software Development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular 2, React, jQuery, Node.JS).
• Experience with Java EE, SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL, Spring, Hibernate, SOA, EDA and design patterns.
• Cloud computing architecting and NoSQL (MongoDB or Cassandra).
• Linux, DevOps, Hadoop, MVC and microservices experience.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms and distributed systems.
• Server-side languages such as PHP and Python; CSS frameworks like SASS/LESS/Bootstrap.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git and systems testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead JAVA applications projects onsite/remote cooperation.
• Coordinate with IT Operations for routine and non-routine actions.
• Develop robust, scalable software and iterate on designs.
• Contribute to architecture and coding standards across teams.
