Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Technology Lead in Abu Dhabi to manage the Development team and drive complex back-end and cross-platform solutions. The role focuses on designing, developing, and coordinating across architecture layers to deliver high-quality software.

The candidate should have 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise in Java, cloud platforms, and modern architectures. This is a full-time on-site position in the Banking domain.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in software development or a lead engineering role.
• Strong expertise in distributed architectures and microservices.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Managing team and successfully delivering the project.
