Job summary

1inch is seeking a Tech Lead, iOS to own the Wallet iOS app as the primary technical owner. This hands-on role has no direct reports and focuses on architecture, development, CI/CD and post-release monitoring.

You will implement wallet features, integrate with backend services and blockchain networks, and collaborate with Product, Android, Backend, Blockchain and QA. AI-assisted tools will be part of development and testing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on iOS development experience with Swift in production apps.
• Experience with Web3 wallets or DeFi apps and crypto trading basics.
• Experience with iOS build and CI/CD workflows and monitoring production apps.
• Ability to make architectural decisions for an iOS app.
• Excellent communication with Product, Android, and QA.
• Willingness to own the iOS application end-to-end.
• Pragmatic, fast but reliable, security-minded approach.
• Familiar with using AI tools thoughtfully in development.

Responsibilities

• Own the iOS architecture and technical direction, balancing feature delivery, maintainability, performance and security.
• Build and improve modular, testable components across wallet flows.
• Implement wallet features and technical improvements across the iOS app.
• Integrate the app with backend services, blockchain networks and wallet services.
• Collaborate with Product, Android, Backend, Blockchain and QA on shared product behaviour, API integrations, test coverage and defect investigation.
• Use AI-assisted tools in development and testing, validating outputs against standards.
• Protect sensitive information by keeping private keys, recovery phrases, credentials and user data out of AI prompts and logs.
• Own and improve the iOS build and CI/CD workflow; monitor releases and coordinate fixes.
