1inch is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Lead to turn complex product questions into reliable, actionable answers. You will combine AI, data analytics, data engineering, and DeFi expertise to rethink exploring data, testing hypotheses, and sharing insights across the organization.

You will be hands-on with expert Dune capabilities and deep knowledge of DEXes, liquidity, and market dynamics, building scalable data products and AI-enabled workflows.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience solving complex product and business problems with data.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency with on-chain data experience.
• Hands-on Python for data analysis and AI-enabled workflows.

Mansioni

• Shape and build a self-service data and AI platform for teams to ask better questions and get actionable answers.
• Create intuitive data exploration interfaces using AI and dashboards.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows that accelerate analysis and ensure transparency and data grounding.
• Turn complex questions into structured analyses with clear insights and decisions.
• Develop metrics connecting user behavior, product performance, on-chain activity, and outcomes.
