Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction of card processing development, ensuring high-quality standards are met. 70% technical tasks.
Communication: act as a primary point of communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Visa and MasterCard, facilitating effective discussions and solutions.
Stability and Reliability: Implement and maintain processes to guarantee a stable support function for card processing operations
What you'll bring
7+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience developing scalable FinTech b2c applications
Knowledge of Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Gitlab, Microservices
Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development
A passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
Ability to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creating innovative solutions.
