Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Compliance Monitoring Technology Manager to lead the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of technology-focused compliance monitoring across the Momentum Group. The role requires deep regulatory knowledge and strong technical leadership.

You will design tests, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, drive remediation plans and report findings to executive leadership, shaping a culture of compliance and ethical conduct

Qualifications

• A minimum of seven years’ experience in compliance monitoring or audit in regulated sectors.
• Strong knowledge of gambling regulatory frameworks and related processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-focused compliance monitoring across the Momentum Group as part of CMP.
• Design, build and execute monitoring tests aligned with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Assess compliance against internal processes and external standards; identify issues.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts while maintaining independent judgement.
• Coordinate reporting of outcomes and ensure remediation plans are tracked to resolution.
