Job summary

Fanatics Momentum is seeking a Senior Compliance Monitoring Technology Manager to oversee the development and delivery of technology-focused compliance monitoring across the Momentum Group. You will lead testing, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to embed a culture of compliance and ethics within a technology-driven organization.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in compliance monitoring, control self-assessment or audit in gaming or highly regulated sectors.
• Strong knowledge of gambling regulatory frameworks; experience with regulatory approvals in gaming technology advantageous.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; professional tech/regulatory certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-focused compliance monitoring across the Momentum Group.
• Design and execute technology monitoring tests aligned with Executive Regulations and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate reporting of monitoring outcomes with stakeholders; ensure evidence-based conclusions.
• Support updates to risk assessments and annual CMP refresh aligned to regulatory expectations.
