Tech and Data Coordinator

• Full responsibility for Power BI: Own the end-to-end development and maintenance of Power BI reports for various business units.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• System Expertise: Become a go-to expert for our core sales systems (e.g. our internal systems Digital Showroom, MORE), offering guidance and operational support to the sales team and our customers.
• Tech Enablement: Build regional tech capabilities by training and supporting the team in adopting key technologies.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Contribute to ad hoc data projects, market research, and business development initiatives.
• Project Coordination: Provide general organization for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordination and immigration of our replenishment automation.

Qualifications:

• Experience with building Power BI reports.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience within data analyses or in a tech position.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills; you can explain complex topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• A genuine interest in the fashion industry and eagerness to grow in a dynamic environment.
