Team Member Procure to Pay (UAE National Only)

The position

As a Team member Procure to pay where the major role would be based on regulations, legal guidelines and departmental procedures within the stipulated time limits and you should be able to switch and prioritize between the wide variety of tasks and responsibilities that this often hectic job demands.

Your responsibilities

In summary, your responsibilities include:

• Creating Supplier master file data via UBW software.
• Registration of supplier invoices, undertaken by FSSC Dubai entity.
• Preparing remittance proposal & payments via UBW software to be sent for approval signatories.
• Reconciliation and Aging of Supplier Ledgers and General Ledger.
• Assist in ongoing vendor relationship support.
• Assist in administering entire process from invoice submission to execution.

Job requirements

• Must have completed Bachelor’s and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting/ BA/Finance.
• At least 0-1 years of experience in a similar position (in construction industry or shared services is advantageous).
• Must be a UAE National holding a Valid Family Book.
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes, policies, and standards with shared service centers.
• High level of accuracy and Data driven mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Having a critical substantive view combined with a good dose of problem-solving ability.
• Must be available for a minimum of 32 - 40 hours per week.
