As a Team Manager, you will support and manage a sales team within a specified cluster. You should be able to guide the team to success while staying aware of market trends.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Sales Account Managers to meet targets
  • Setting monthly targets for the team
  • Monitoring performance and motivating team members
  • Maintaining records of sales, payments, and reviews
  • Participating in hiring processes
  • Training team members in sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Providing feedback to marketing, operations, and tech teams
  • Gathering customer feedback and conducting market research
  • Verifying agency data and analyzing growth opportunities
  • Expanding the customer base and managing agency relationships
  • Staying updated on competitors’ products and market trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Valid UAE license
  • At least 6 years of sales experience and 2 years in people management
  • Understanding of business, financials, products, and market needs
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
