About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced and skilled Team Leader to oversee their Vehicle Film Installation team. This role involves leading and supervising the application of Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tinting, and vehicle wrapping while ensuring the highest quality of work. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and be currently based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the installation team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
• Perform hands-on installation of PPF, window tint, and vinyl wrapping as required.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and maintain service standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the companys quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with management to schedule jobs and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in PPF installation, tinting, and wrapping, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of installation techniques and materials.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate or short-term joining.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
