Detailed Tasks Specification

  1. Responsible for the spare parts product centre in Dubai
  2. Ensure team workflow and effectiveness
  3. Process development and continuous improvement within and cross functional departments, quote/order release, shipping, material management etc...
  4. Process development and continuous improvement cooperation with worldwide and various teams
  5. Oversee, assist whenever necessary in releasing quotes/orders
  6. Manage case file handling, customer contact Dubai and relevant areas
  7. Prepare various reports
  8. Hit Rate management
  9. Budget tracking
  10. Team cooperation with IGC, Problem solving and governance
  11. Training of employees, secure onboarding
  12. Personnel planning
  13. Communicate with legal department and other financial departments in headquarters
  14. Regularly review and update all relevant procedures to ensure order processing is operating in the most efficient manner
  15. Prepares employees Performance Evaluation

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

  1. Very good oral and written communication skills in English
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in the same field with Accounting background preferably within the Engineering industry
  3. Good level of Computer skills; proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills required.
  5. Must be well organized, able to work under time constraints and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines as set by manager.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with customers, colleagues, management and other departments.
  7. Must have the ability to work independently solving problems on orders by reaching out to key stakeholders and analyzing the order file in order to make accurate decisions on execution.
  8. Pro-active approach to job responsibilities is a must.
  9. Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
  10. Intermediate knowledge of computer applications such as SAP.
  11. Must have strong computer systems experience and abilities to process through complex order management system. SAP experience strongly preferred.
  12. Ability to self-manage especially with regards to execution, accountability and prioritization.
