- Lead a team of Tele-sales executives
- Meet sales target on regular basis
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance and meet or exceed targets.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and employee engagement.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Customer Service Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a customer care environment.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in team leading.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving performance improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi language (written and verbal).
