  • Lead a team of Tele-sales executives
  • Meet sales target on regular basis
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance and meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Customer Service Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a customer care environment.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in team leading.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi language (written and verbal).
