Description

They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager/Team Leader to join the growing sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new SME clients and driving loan sales across the UAE. Reporting to the COO, the role involves:

1. Identifying and onboarding SME clients requiring financing solutions.
2. Leveraging an extensive supplier network and existing sales force to generate leads.
3. Managing and eventually leading a team of Relationship Managers.
4. Collaborating with independent consultants and external partners to optimize deal flow.
5. Driving business development through strategic partnerships and networking within the banking and fintech sectors.

Minimum Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in business banking, SME finance, or fintech sales within the UAE.
• A proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving high sales targets.
• An existing book of SME clients that can be brought to the business.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop long-term partnerships.
• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team, with leadership potential.
