Role Description:

The Team Leader position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, responsible for leading a sales team focused on credit cards and personal loans. Day-to-day tasks include:

• Supervising and motivating team members
• Setting and tracking sales targets, and ensuring adherence to bank product guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• The role involves monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular coaching and training sessions, and organising sales activities within retail locations or designated areas.
• The Team Leader will handle customer escalations, ensure a high standard of customer experience, and coordinate with bank representatives and internal stakeholders to optimise sales processes.
• The position also requires reporting on sales results, maintaining operational discipline, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3 Years U.A.E experience in retail banking sales, particularly in cards and loans, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with banking partners, and interact effectively with customers.
• Experience managing or supervising sales teams in a retail or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including familiarity with sales performance tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and flexibility to support operations across different locations in the UAE as needed.
• Applicant must be in U.A.E for immediate joining.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
