Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise F&B Attendants during service to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Allocate tasks and monitor dining area readiness, cleanliness, and staff appearance.
• Handle guest complaints, requests, and special service requirements effectively.
• Support order taking, food service, and cashiering during peak hours.
• Ensure proper stock levels and timely communication of supply needs.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new team members.
• Assist in maintaining hygiene standards and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and other departments for smooth service.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• 2–3 years in food and beverage or hospitality service roles.
• Supervisory and staff coordination skills
• POS system handling and basic reporting
• Guest service handling and problem-solving
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
