As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to manage, mentor, and elevate a team of five real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing off-plan and/or secondary market deals, along with an existing client network that can drive sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4-5 real estate agents, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, providing support to help agents exceed their goals.
  • Provide hands-on coaching in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and market insights.
  • Assist agents in closing deals, handling client objections, and optimizing transactions.
  • Leverage existing client networks to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, keeping the team updated with insights and strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and service quality.
  • Report team performance and sales updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, with a strong focus on off-plan or secondary sales.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a sales team.
  • A track record of successfully closing off-plan and secondary market transactions.
  • Existing client base with strong industry connections.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • RERA certification (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
